7:30 AM-6 PM
We never charge for a service call. Our prices are for traveling to you and the services we perform when we arrive.
  • $1.00 per mile after the first 20 miles. ($3.00 Fuel surcharge if less than 20 miles)
  • $100.00 per hour
  • $40.00 Computer Diagnostic fee (when part of a repair)
  • $135.00 MODULE/ECU/CONTROL UNIT PROGRAMMING (WHEN NEEDED)
  • $125.00 On-site A/C service

AFTER HOURS/WEEKEND/HOLIDAY PRICING

6 PM- 7:30 AM-ALL WEEKEND

We have a 2 hour minimum for nights, weekend and holidays. Other than that and the (slightly) premium pricing, everything is the same!

  • All mileage and diagnostic/programming fees are the same for after hours
  • After hours and weekends are $110.00 per hour
  • Major Holidays are $120.00 per hour
  • We stock many hard to find parts to get you rolling when suppliers are closed!

WARRANTIES

We have a simple, no hassle warranty policy. We want to make sure you are happy so that we see you again!

PARTS

NEW PARTS: New parts are covered by any manufacture's warranty and claims should be addressed under the conditions set forth in the manufacturer's warranty statement. We will attempt to help you navigate the warranty policy for a parts defect in any way we can. However, we cannot accept or assume any liability for a defective part.


USED PARTS: Although used parts often come with a guarantee they will work for a set amount of time, we can only assist you with any warranty claim for a used part in house. We cannot assist with any warranty claim on a used part unless we have your equipment brought back to us for analysis and diagnostic of the cause of failure.

WORKMANSHIP

We pride ourselves on a job well done! If there is ever any cause for a workmanship claim, bring your equipment back to us and we will make it right! That means we will (at our sole discretion) redo the job or refund your labor cost. 

In the event that you can't reasonably return your equipment to us, we will instruct you as to where to take your equipment for diagnostic or failure analysis. If it is determined that the cause of failure is our workmanship, we will cover the cost of redoing the job.

For dissatisfaction with any power tune or programming, we will (at our sole discretion) change the tune to perform properly or put your equipment back to it's original state and refund your money. All tuning must be performed by us or one of our associated facilities to be warrantable.
